Cancellation Policy

We're sorry to see you go. Here is how to cancel your subscription.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Cancel Subscription" section.
  3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.

What Happens Next?

  • Immediate EffectYour subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will not be charged again.
  • Access RevokedYou will lose access to the dashboard and all device management features at the end of your current billing period.
  • Data RetentionYour data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate your account. After 30 days, it will be permanently deleted.

Before You Cancel

Please ensure you have uninstalled the PeakDesk agent from all your devices before cancelling. Once your account is inactive, you will lose the ability to remotely uninstall the agent.
