Managing Your Subscription

How to update payment methods and manage your device count.

Payment Methods

You can update your credit card information at any time from the dashboard.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click on the "Update Payment Method" button.
  3. Enter your new card details and save.

Adding & Removing Seats

PeakDesk automatically adjusts your subscription based on the number of active devices.

Adding Devices

Simply install the agent on a new device. It will be added to your account and billed automatically. No need to pre-purchase seats.

Removing Devices

When you remove a device from the dashboard, we stop billing for it immediately. You will receive a credit for any unused time in the current billing cycle.
