Understanding the metrics and alerts that keep your fleet running smoothly.

Health Statuses

Healthy

The device is online, communicating regularly, and has no critical alerts.

Warning

The device requires attention. This could be due to high resource usage (CPU/RAM > 90%), pending updates, or a missed check-in.

Critical / Offline

The device has been offline for more than 24 hours or has a critical security vulnerability that needs immediate patching.

Metrics Monitored

The PeakDesk agent collects the following telemetry every 5 minutes:

  • CPU UsageAverage load over the last interval.
  • Memory UsageUsed vs. Total RAM.
  • Disk SpaceFree space on the primary drive.
  • NetworkConnectivity status and local IP.
