The PeakDesk dashboard is designed to give you an at-a-glance view of your entire fleet's health while allowing you to drill down into specific devices when needed.
Overview Tab
The landing page of your dashboard. Here you'll find high-level metrics:
- Total number of devices
- Online vs. Offline status
- Compliance summary (Healthy vs. At Risk)
- Recent alerts and activity logs
Devices Tab
The core management interface. This table lists every device in your organization.
- Search & Filter: Quickly find devices by name, OS, or status.
- Device Details: Click on any row to open the detailed view for that device, showing hardware specs, installed software, and patch history.
Settings
Configure your organization-wide preferences.
- General: Organization name and defaults.
- Team: Manage users and permissions.
- Billing: View invoices and manage subscription.
