Two-Factor Authentication

Secure your account with an additional layer of protection.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) requires you to provide two forms of identification to log in: your password and a temporary code generated by an app on your phone.

Setting Up 2FA

  1. Download an Authenticator App: We support any TOTP-compliant app, such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.
  2. Go to Profile Settings: Click your avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard and select "Profile".
  3. Enable 2FA: Click the "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" button.
  4. Scan QR Code: Use your authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
  5. Verify Code: Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm the setup.

Recovery Codes

When you enable 2FA, we will provide you with a set of Recovery Codes.

IMPORTANT: Save these codes in a secure place. If you lose your phone or access to your authenticator app, these codes are the ONLY way to regain access to your account. Support cannot disable 2FA for you.
