- •At RestAll data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Data Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to provide our service. This includes:
- Device hardware specifications (CPU, RAM, Disk)
- Installed software lists (for inventory and patch management)
- System uptime and online status
- Local IP addresses (for identification purposes)
We DO NOT collect: User files, browsing history, keystrokes, or screen contents. PeakDesk is a management tool, not a surveillance tool.
